Solitaire error 121010

    Solitaire error 121010


    I've been getting this error for several weeks.

    I tried logging in/out of my Microsoft account and refreshing my browser cache.

    On the advice from another gamer, I did a Reset on the Solitaire app followed by running "wsreset.exe" from a command prompt shell.

    Still have the problem.

    Please help. Thanks!

    This reply from M3tal Daz3 is the only thing that comes up when I search for what to do about MS Solitaire Collection Error Code 121010, however, is does NOT address 121010 at all.
