Solitaire Daily Challenges 4/25 TriPeaks-scores differently from cracks on web

HERE IS MY ANALYSIS OF DRIVING AD VIEWS WITH KNOWN ERRORS AND HOW IT IS DONE

My game downloads and the cards are the same, I can follow the play move by move like other examples posted on the web as solutions. However, my accumulated score is different from the game they are playing
and can not reach 73,000 before it becomes unplayable. This issue has occurred at least once, I believe twice is correct...in the last 3 years, that I recall. If, as before when this happened...when I returned several days later...the scoring was different
and the game completed. I have several hundred thousand invested in a timely completion, and will appreciate a resolution...before sundown.

the same thing happened again. after I loaded the following day, 4/26, then played 4/25 Tri-Peak...I could solve it. the scoring accumulated correctly.... buggy methinks. still fun. just don't toss that one out at the end of the month...I think you new that.
guess you are driving ad views for those of us that don't pay...I won't fall for that again.

I am having the same problem with solitaire daily challenges. Scores for the 1st - 14th have disappeared. I have downloaded all available updates with no effect. By all that is on the web this is a common problem.

What can we do about it?

Unfortunately there was a high volume of complaints yesterday with an "Unsolvable" Tripeaks challenge. The daily challenge is the same with everyone and your friend could access the same challenge the same way you did.

I advised that for Solitaire TriPeaks in game queries, kindly contact TriPeaks Player Services team. You can contact the Player Services team by tapping on 'HELP' in the app and then 'CONTACT US' on the FAQ page.

Sorry, but you are absolutely wrong. Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium 9/16/23 Daily challenge TriPeaks is unsolvable. The challenge is to get (7) 6s in one deal. I can get 4 of the 7 necessary 6s in the first deal, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to clear the deck on that first hand to move onto another deal. I have an unbroken 100% Daily Challenges solved for nearly two years and I've never encountered a puzzle that could not be solved before, but I am certain this one is it!
