Solitaire collection's weekly bonus not working on android

When I try to earn bonus, it just gives me only third stamps even without 1st and 2nd.

I kept playing, but it never gave me bonus game.

I reinstalled it, cleared data. Any of these worked.

+) Is it right that I can't complete achievements on android?

I have the same problem. I play Microsoft solitaire collection on a PC and on a tablet. Both do not seem to be working with the Bonus games.
