    Thank you Jesse - much appreciated!

    So, I installed the 10 disks for MSFS 2020 on my PC. Redeemed the code (no problem), the launcher window opened, but only switched continuously between asking where it should be installed and then back to the launcher window again.

    I am also unable to find the "three dots" in the right hand corner of the MS web pages to investigate further myself in my library!

    Flight Sim 2020 stuck on black screen and "Press Any Key ..."

    Tried any described above, additionally switched off virus protection and firewall as recommended by Microsoft Support and updated win10 pro 64bit to version 2004, but still stuck on "hit any key". Desperately need help.
    I tried starting the launcher with the xbox software for pc, and it worked! I don't know if this works only for those who bought the MSFS from microsoft store (which was my case), but after hours It's now installing!
