    Software Bug(s) Version 2.4.1408.2701


    Two bugs have appeared in the most recent release:

    1. Diappearing coins in daily challenges. This has been reported in a few threads already. One thing to add -- I have the app on two different devices and the completed challenges appear on one of them.
    2. When playing Tripeaks offline, selecting the option to "Give me a Wild Card" or "Give me an extra deal" result in the following error message: "There was a problem downloading the video ad. Please check your connection and try again".
    FWIW, I'm running the premium (PAID) version.

    Serious system software bug or bug with bluray player app

    hi

    I have been told that by Xbox customer support that this is the only way to report a software bug with the Xbox one S console and the latest system software release.

    3D bluray playback is not working fully after latest software updates this is a repeatable software bug on at least 4 Xbox one S consoles that I have access too.

    The 3D playback can be corrected by temporarily disabiling 4K video output from the system settings menu.

    This serious software bug only started to happen after the latest system software update after the Xbox one X was released.

    Can you please get your software team to fix and issue a software update ASAP

    Yes, we have heard of this problem for certain players. Yours is an interesting case, however, as they appear on one of your machines and not the other. The test team has also not been able to reproduce this issue, so to help them out, I would like to ask
    if you would be able to send us the LocalState folder for the game from both machines. Hopefully they will immediately see what the difference is between the two games and the two systems.

    They will need the LocalState folder, which can be found here: C:\Users\<Your_Username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

    If you are able to zip up that folder, please email it to us at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** with the subject "Solitaire Collection LocalState Zip Files".

    I will also tell them about the error message you're receiving in TriPeaks. Do those two options work when you are online? Thank you.
