    Hi.

    When I try to access social.xbox.com portal it always redirects me to the change player tag page. It says xbox has added new symbols and offers to change my tag and
    pay for it. I know a few months back xbox offered additional free tag change, I didn't use it (but I used a free change which was offered around a year ago). It looks like my account is bugged with incorrect free changes calculation or something like
    that.

    If this change is not free for me, how do I skip this page?

    Shouldn't social.xbox.com open my xbox profile and such instead of this page?

    If this is should be free, why it asks me to pay for the change?

    Thanks @schnurren, I found a way to access the portal (from the ms profile page), but I still want either get my free tag change working or social portal fix.

    Something seems wrong with the website indeed. I made a change of gamertag when they introduced the new symbols, and I'm getting same page.

    You should use this one ( https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Profile?xr=mebarnav&rtc=1 ) in case you want to access your profile.
