So your telling me I got my console banned with no warnings no previous suspensions nothing...

Permanent console bans can not be reversed & are only issued as a last resort.

Console bans are separate from account bans so it's possible to get a console ban without a account ban if the offence is serious enough.

And with a device ban you need to take it up with people.who are using your console

Since its rhe use of.the console .not necessarily your account that would've gotten.the warning

If someone commits multiple violations on others accounts on your console or this is a second hand console.then you wouldn't receive a warning since it has nothing to do with you

Common you know this already

If.it's a second hand console you need to address it with the previous owner

And no it can't be lifted

It's been awhile since my account got banned for indefinite, Over 7 years of data lost. Cant even play offline with any of my games, I Feel i have been banned for an unfair amount of time ( Indefinite ), The Reason I got banned was because during a message conversation with a friend on chats we were talking and I typed the word '' **** '' and '' **** '' and he thought it would be funny to report me. Obviously I was telling him not to because of previous suspensions in the past and didn't want to get banned, but nonetheless i got banned and for a unfair amount of time., My appeal was also denied but I am honestly not very happy that i got that amount of time. I understand that the words i used may not have been appropriate but a INDEFINITE Ban? for those words? not fair.

They do take into account all of your accounts previous suspensions that your account has ever had when determining the punishment for future bans.

so if you have gotten suspended in the past other times then they would see that as you not learning your lesson and eventually slap a permanent ban down if it continued.

That being said if they denied your appeal then theres nothing else that can be done.

Your warnings were the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct you agreed to when you joined Xbox Live. If your suspension was 24 hours, that's a pretty mild corrective, too; if this was a week or longer, you had additional warnings from the previous suspensions.

Hi, Sorry if u don't agree with no one reads TOS statement but I am stating a fact but I didn't know a cartoon character on the toilet is bad also people have near nude anime photos don't see them getting banned. So like I don't understand because we are not allowed to make jokes on the platform anymore is just falling apart I glad u consider it as not nudity but I think xbox should have gave me a warning instead suspension because I have never got banned or warned till now. They should have sent me an email that they deleted my photo but then warn me of the rules of the photo then I could have choosed a more appropriate photo. I agree with you but don't and thanks for trying to help. It just sucks to get banned out of blue no warning or nothing a warning could've helped but a ban a wee bit too far and I deserve an appeal on suspension and just get a warning then I will change it to a more propriate photo.
