So you guys what do you do if your consoles permanently banned

first of all this a community forum and we don't have access to accounts.

We can just help with advice or links where you find help.

So before you buy a new console you should think about your behavior.

Only because others are breaking the rules doesn't give you the right to break them as well.

Those trolls are trying to provoke people and if they run into their trap they report the people. And what you said must have been very tough if you'd received a console ban for it !

For the future just ignore, block and report those trolls.

Not exactly sure what you are asking but if the console is banned there is nothing that you can do to get it un-banned. If a console is banned it is permanent.

If you're concerned about losing your digital purchases, buy a few USB flash drives and save the games on them.

Xbox Live is Xbox Live. There is no 360 version and a XB1 version. If they shut down one, so goes the other. Any lost support to the 360 will be thanks to the developers. MS has stated before that they plan to support the 360 AS LONG as the developers
keep making content. You want to be heard? Do your talking with your wallet.

I'm with ya Paddy. I mean us Family Plan owners although getting a better deal on 4 accounts most likely out spend the single account holder 10-1!!!

I do really feel like Microsoft is Listening and responding, hence why I came here to vent my frustrations and not just give Hitler like speech's to my friends.
