If the enforcement team upheld its decision, there is nothing else that can be done. That means they've already looked into your case twice (once with the initial suspension and 2nd with the case review) and determined you violated the Xbox code of conduct.

How unfortunate, guess I was failed twice

No I literally did nothing I didn't text him back or anything it's like when I reported him the report redirected at me from his message and now I'm banned it deleted his message said Xbox took action on your report and then my Xbox was suspended and I've been dealing with this for over 20 hours but yet no one can help
