So who do I contact to not be spoken to by a robot?

So, I would actually like to speak to someone who won't just send me to this forum for a useless standard response regarding the "internal problem" 177k reward credits (£105) waiting to be deposited for over a year now.

Anyone got the correct support number where I can talk to someone who isn't reading from a script sheet?

The only way to contact them is by filing a case review if eligible on the enforcement site

Not sure who you spoke to but it wasn't a member of the enforcement team so it doesn't matter whether they think it was ok or not.

No one will contact you by phone & no one on the forums can do anything.

Sounds like it was support you spoke to who quite often give out incorrect information when it comes to enforcement enquiries.

The team administering to the database causing your deposit issue does not have a publicly available contact.

 

This forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program. There is no contact number.
