So which group are you in for the dashboard preview? I'm in group B but honestly prefer A.

I had the new dashboard. Underneath the large box that shows the last game/app you used there used to be another box with those 4 items in, now all it shows is my games and apps. I hope that makes more sense

That is Group B of the new Dashboard experiment that I thought was only on Insider rings at this present moment. The dashboard with the 4 items together is Group A and the original Dashboard is Group C, the control group.

Group B is the favourite as you can arrange the Dashboard to your own preferences.

ARK: Survival Evolved launches today (12/16/2015) as part of the Game Preview program which actually has nothing to do with the dashboard preview. It will be available for $34.99 to all users in the Game Preview section of the
marketplace.

To reiterate: you do not need to be a member of the dashboard preview program to gain access to ARK; the the Game Preview Program is completely different and does not have a dependency on the preview dashboard group.

I'm in group B really enjoying it so far dashboard is so much quicker

I've always prefered being a solo character. Honestly I think its because if I'm in a group I feel a responsible to make sure I dont hold the group back or I feel like I'm letting the group down if I have to log off early.

The Game Preview program is unrelated to the Dashboard Preview program. You need not be a member of the Dashboard preview group in order to take advantage of the Ark early access.

There is lots of confusion due to various information floating around the internet.
