Sorry to hear about that, however, if you redeemed the code for Minecraft from Mcdonald's collab, once you redeemed the code, the item will appear in your dressing room in-game, have you checked it? Usually, it may take 24-72 hours to appear in-game, once you redeemed it.

You may sign in to your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders to check the item if you redeemed it successfully.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you confirm which skin did you get and how long has it been since you redeemed the code? As long as you see the skin on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) then it should show up on your inventory.

If you haven't done it yet, please do try signing out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Then, go to Marketplace > My Content > Skins. You can try to set the filter to "Newest first" so that your new skins will show up first.

If you redeemed Fry Helmet, please note that is not a skin but a headwear. You can find it on Dressing Room > Character Creator > Style > Headwear.

i went to the page and watched everything red everything.but the link for the torque bow wouldnt open so i didnt get a full 100

BUT it said i unlocked the skin and when i click redeem nothing pops up

Well, as far as I can tell, for pre-ordering the standard edition from gamestop you get the Hazop helmet, arctic skin for your br, and that weird camo. I didn't get a code for my $5 dollar reserve but I ain't too distraught because I'm fairly certain the
only reason people equip the helmet and camo is just because they can. That ***'s ugly son.

I just redeemed the code successfully and it shows that I did in payment and billing. I wont be on my xbox for a month, I checked mobile and it didn’t show up. I’ve checked multiple times. Do I have to load up Fortnite on my xbox to redeem it?
