So when i go on to the xbox store or website it won't let me download The Orange Box

I understand that you're trying to purchase the backwards compatible game Orange

Box? I also went to the store / website and I'm receiving the same message. I would

recommend purchasing the game on a 360 console if you can. If not, if you have a

friend or family member who currently own a 360 console, log onto their console

with your

Microsoft account and make the purchase from there. Once you've made the

purchase, log out of their 360 console and get back onto your Xbox One console

and you should be good. Since it's a 360 backwards compatible game, it must be

purchased on a 360 console.

That messages usually shows up if you're on a child account or you do not have a credit card or Paypal on file for the purchase. If you're on a child account, the only way to purchase backwards compatible content would be through the 360.

For some reason the Orange Box isnt purchaseable directly from the Xbox One. But you can buy it from the Store with your Browser.

Go to:

Make sure your are logged into the Website with the same Account you use on your Xbox One to prevent any further issues. After buying it there it should Show up in the "Ready to Install" tab on the "My Games & Apps" section.

What happens when you try to download The Orange Box? And are you trying to download it from the Xbox One console? Are you able to purchase/download the game via the game's >>Xbox.com

I must clarify that I am on PC and have tried the above. I can play games that are from the gamepass and have reinstalled both the Microsoft store as well as the x-box app. I have confirmed that my subscription is active and that I have paid for it. When I go to the Microsoft store press on farming simulator that is a gamepass game wich then refers me to the xbox app that wants me to pay for the game and won't let me download or play. It says my reagin is unsupported but Sweden is supported so i don't see the issue.
