So when can we see a fix

So it has been I think about 2 months now and still no fix. I know you guys said " known database issue" but now it is telling me I'm not a gold member too and that is not true. So when do you guys think this problem will get fixed?

Xbox one S, Netflix dims screen when HDR is enabled

I have yet to see Microsoft or Netflix acknowledge that this is an issue. When can we see a fix for this?

Can't see gun of HUD display

We're about halfway through a campaign. This morning when we started playing, though, we couldn't see the gun in the MC's hand and we couldn't see any of the elements of the HUD display. When we shoot, though, we can see the gunshots, they just seem to
be coming out of an invisible gun. Anyone experience this before? How can we fix it?

We see that you received a deposit in the end of month deposit occurring today. However, you Gold Subscription being incorrectly detected is due to some changes brought on by the Preview Program that has changed the way in which subscriptions are categorized

This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. The Microsoft/Xbox Team really appreciate all our suggestions and feedback to help them improve their products & services. I recommend that you instead report the issue directly to them by using the Report a problem app on your console so this will be investigated properly. Hello EvanLamping, sorry to hear you're having audio issues on the console.

I do want you to know that this is an issue that Xbox is aware of as per the Xbox Insider Preview Program. If you're not in the program I would recommend installing the Xbox Insider Hub to read more about it and report the issue as suggested above.

There are issues with some updates that they do work on as they can. Just recently they've fixed the controller disconnecting issue so hopefully the audio issue is next on the chopping block for them.
