What should I do if two accounts have the same Microsoft account and they both end up being on the same account and can’t go to the right one

Hey, I have a similar problem, I got java and an account, and then I accidently made another account and it seems the two are linked, because when i try to get back into my main account it loops me to my non java account, this seems to be the same thing which is happening to you in line 5 of your response, and line 8. I now can't play minecraft because I don't have java on the account I'm stuck in and my java account can't be logged into. WE NEED HELP

We totally understand that you want to recover your Minecraft account. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account details here manually since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some troubleshooting steps here that we may use for the issue.

To clarify, a Microsoft account can have multiple Xbox profiles linked to it, so it's possible that both of your Minecraft accounts are linked to different Xbox profiles on the same Microsoft account. However, if you're not sure which Microsoft account your Minecraft account is linked to, you can try the following steps:



1. Go to the Minecraft website and click on "Log In" in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email address you think is associated with your Minecraft account.

3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

4. If you don't receive an email, try using a different email address or contact Minecraft support for further assistance.
