Nothing is in my Xbox purchase history, but I do own Minecraft. I am sure that I used this email to redeem and activate the game. And I log in minecraft.net with my MS account, but it showed that I didn't own MC.

About a few months ago, I logged in the MC launcher, and I could play at that time. Recently, I opened the launcher again, and edited the Xbox profile, then I logged out. But when I logged in again, it showed that the game belonged to a account which appeared as a phone number, and the number started with 150. I am sure that it is not my account.

I am very confused, and, you know, MC is 165 CNY ! (It isn't a cheap game for me)

I tried to log in and log out again and again, but it had no effect.

I am using the laptop and desktop.

I didn't "BUY" MC, but used a redeem code. I was sure that I used this email.

No. I am able to sign into my Xbox live account using the log in info. But the email itself has expired/been deleted a long time ago so I can’t log into the email itself. So when I want to access/change my account info and it asks me to log into my email and find the verification code, I am unable to do so. Again, I know all the info for the old expired email, I just can’t log into for the verification codes because it’s expired

You think that MS would have caught this issue by now.

So basically I have one working account and the others are dead. You cannot log into them because the email accounts don't exist.

Very frustrating. Hope they fix this soon as my family don't want to lost their accounts.

Firstly thanks for taking out your time to try and help me.

I have seen videos that like there is a form to fill out if you lost you mc acc with like transaction id, proof email etc and that they then help you link you mc acc to another email/microsoft acc ultimately recovering it. There has to be someway or the other and i am sure microsoft can surely easily fix this problem and get me back my account if they actually look into it. I really hope some thing or the other can be done to help me by microsoft cuz even though many people dont get their accounts back i have also seen some cases when the accounts get recovered by mojang/microsoft looking into the issue, confirming that acc was hacked and deleted ownership confirmed and their mc acc given back to them. As of the 30 day recovery I only lost access to it today and got deleted today. Also I dont know if i mentioned it earlier but my acc hasnt been logged on to since i logged off, nothing in my profile such as name etc has been changed so i dont thing they have gotten into it. And i also had recieved an email from "microsoft account team" saying that security info was added and security info was deleted and also in one of the emails there was a random email id give stating that maybe they changed but idk. It also said that if this was you ignore if not a malicious user has access to your account
