Also everytime I try to go to my account on the website to update my payment info it gives me an error message.

1. Open "My Apps & Games."

2. From here, select Madden NFL 25 and press the button for more options.

3. Select “Manage game & add-ons” and then “Updates.”

4. This way, you can easily download the latest update.

If you don't see available updates, this means that your game is already updated to the latest version.

I have done this several times but I know there is a new update from Madden.

There is a title update and it has not been done so my rosters are out of date.

Not sure what is going on.

I fixed it. I put in Madden 25 and it updated itself........I guess the other games were not current enough.
