I have a few friends with gamefly. Most have cancelled. They say it usually takes 2-3 days to get another game. The other issue they run into is the same issue renters run into. The plague of the online pass. I agree that most games are not worth $60.00
anymore so I rent games for $3.50 for 5 days. If a game is really good then I buy it after the rental is up. I did this recently with Skyrim. Rented it first, fell in love, purchased it. The quality of most games has been getting poor so I have saved thousands
of dollars renting instead of buying game after game each year.

I have the same problem with another game that I recently bought.

The game is called (Command and conquer red alert3) however for me it says that I don't own the game I attempted to fix this problem by deleting it and downloading it again. BIGGEST ERROR EVER even though the game was in my historial it was not in my library so basically the only way to download it again was by buying it again so I asked for a refund and explained the problem. I got the refund within 6 hours, after that I attempted to buy it again but the same thing happened. Right now I am trying to fix the error before I consider asking for a refund again. I really hope you bought the game recently(14 days), if you did, ask for a refund and explain your situation. If you get your refund I suggest you try to buy it from Microsoft Store (website) instead of the xbox Microsoft Store. I hope you can get your game fixed.

Thank you. I also chat with support online, the support people's name was April. She asked me to buy it first, and then requested refund to play this game. It sounded weird but I did buy. So now I can play. Still waiting for the refund since it is handled
by another team. Will post back if I get refund.
