    After investigating the particular product you purchased, we have determined an issue that caused the purchase to not award a punch automatically. We are currently working on a hotfix for this issue, and hope to have it deployed soon. Once we can confirm

    Even we here in Germany have different (less) offers than the people from the US and A.
