    Hello again,

    I made a forum post earlier today for something out of my control to be looked into by enforcement. I feel I am the victim of virtual bullying by a salty player or players Avoid me status.....

    I would like to know why my polite request isn't being addressed? Xbox support are amazing they give you phenomenal support (in my opinion). So I ask this, why do the people in enforcement team not follow up or help with genuine problems? My assumption is
    you don't care or are aware that the reputation system is floored and just hand out generic answers concerning the rep system and lock threads?

    The powers at enforcement need to do address these issues and actually help people! Not just shrug it off.... I've been a loyal Xbox user for many years now and for me this is a turning point.

    I understand you get hundreds if not thousands of people a day falsely claiming their innocence, but I am not one of those people. I have come to have my issue looked into and you have ignored my polite request.

    In all im just disappointed in the lack of sympathy you have for genuine cases of people being targeted/bullied on YOUR platform.

  3. Multiplayer Achievements - No No No!!!

    I loved BFBC2's and Halo 3's online achievements I had a lot of fun playing those because it makes you try a variety of different things that I wouldn't have usually done. What I hate are games that should be purely SP, but tack on a bad online mode and
    add achievements to get people to try and play.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

    Thank you for your reply, I have spent all day trying to rectify this problem. I just want my case to be heard and looked into...

    How do I contact the enforcement team if they don't use the forums? I was told specifically by Xbox support on the phone to go onto the forums. I was also told to open a case review but as it is only a rep issue and not a ban for example I don't appear to
    be able to open a case review.

    I require help and at the moment im feeling rather frustrated that im not getting the answers I require.

    I appreciate your help but I need answers...

    As already stated, there is no other way to contact the enforcement team. There is no way to contact them regarding rep.

    You would need to reach out phone or chat Support, who might be able to assist you with this. Unfortunately there's nothing we on the forums can do regarding parental controls. You can reach them
