Well it was about to prepare update screen and in a split second went back to “Something went wrong” and I press continue. It show restart, reset, turn off and xbox offline update option menu screen. I press “xbox offline update”(usb is connect to Xbox
one) start update but went back something went wrong

I don't think so, because the Xbox turns on and goes straight to updating, then something went wrong,you try all options available to you then all of them goes to the something went wrong screen! Thank you

Yes, it happens when trying to play call of duty ww2. It starts up and says something went wrong...i get options to restart or to reset . I get error codes and try to fix the error but it restarts and goes right back to the something went wrong screen!

I just did the hard reset and power cycle. My xbox is plugged directly to the outlet. When I turned it on I got the E200 error code on the "something went wrong" screen. I just went to troubleshooting, and reset my xbox. Its in the reset process now. I

Please try to power cycle your console first. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

Please check then if you could perform a reset. If not, we may need to perform an offline system update. You may check if offline update option will work on the troubleshooter page.
