    So my Xbox one controller doesn’t work on cloud gaming


    So my Xbox one controller when connected to my iPad works on almost all apps and on the home screen except for the cloud gaming website where it just doesn’t work. It claims that no controller is connected and it literally is connected so I don’t understand what’s wrong. This has happened to me before and it usually just went away after a bit but this time it hasn’t worked all day.

We'll get this sorted for you today. I just need to ask a few qualifying questions to know the best way to fix this for you.

    - Is your Xbox controller connected via Bluetooth?

    - Are you using Safari to access the Cloud Gaming website? On Xbox.com/play, select the Share button and choose 'Add to Home Screen' so it runs as a web app.

    - Did you try any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?

    Cloud Sync Not Working

    This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

    “Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

    I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

    What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

    Playing on iPad mini 5 on Xbox cloud gaming on fortnite and I cannot turn of touch to play with a controller instead. Please advise?

    Thanks. Actually I want to disable touch and use a controller instead but my iPad doesn’t read the controller while on cloud gaming. I’m trying to use ps4 controller.
