So my xbox did a full reset when i was gone for the weekend and i lost all my accounts

I went out for the weekend came back and boom my xbox decided to fully reset. I didn’t think much of it but than i went to sign into some my alt accounts and boom they were gone. I always make a bunch of alt accounts for fun I played cod games and than would go for challenges on these accounts. I didn’t write any of the emails down and I also got a new phone so I don’t have the emails on my phone anymore. So this really sucks but i know all the passwords to the accounts and they all have my phone number on them so is there any possible way i would be able to get into those accounts without knowing the email because that’s not my fault the xbox restarted i didn’t tell it too so im blaming this one on microsoft i would like my accounts back or just one specifically because that had my most game data on it

Unfortunately, there's no way you can get into those accounts without knowing the email address. I understand that this is not the answer you were looking for, but it is the only valid answer. If you contact Microsoft support you will be told the same thing. Microsoft Support cannot provide you with any information about the accounts if they cannot verify them. However, you can check Find your Microsoft account email address | Xbox Support support page as it contains some solutions.

For bo3 it has almost as much game data as my main account i had almost all dlc weapons and all dlc camos and a good k/d i like hoping on that account when i decide to play bo3

I tried to enter a xbox live card on my other account that i lost, and when i did it said, please restart the xbox, so i did and everything i had was gone including the xbox live.
