    so my microsoft acc just got hack i think, now when i try to log in my microsoft acc with my mail it say this acc not exist and i appear another mail on my old acc which i don't know. So now i cant log in or ask for help service cus when i try to fill in mail of my old acc it just say this acc not exist, what should i do?

    Issues with a recovered account

    I've asked some Microsoft agents, they're helping me recover my acc now. It was proven that my acc got hacked so I can recover my old one per usual.

    Ok, so if I got this right.. you got your acount hacked, AND XBOX RAN A Unauthorized Access.. It was determined that you were hacked.. my question is did they put the points on your acc, or email you a prepaid code.. prepaid codes will not expire.. If anyone
    puts the points on your acc, they will expire.. need to used as soon as possable, if points expire there is nothing that can be done.
