    So my library is not loading up, at all! I can’t even access the game pass store either. Now I have read all the articles and have troubleshot every way I could but still nothing has worked when is this issue going to be resolved?

    I know I'm missing more than those Two, but I can never load my Full Library, I'm guessing because my Internet is so bad. If I end up finding any solutions I'll let you know.

    This is nothing like netflix because You need to have to sign up for it then you have to browse stuff on there web page then buy or rent the videos and then they'll go to your my library in the cinemanow app. The cinemanow app on the xbox 360 isn't working
    correctly at the moment. Because I downloaded some videos for free then I go to the app and then to my library and the white loading circle is still loading and doesn't do anything.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox Series S console. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

    I just want to confirm, have you tried using a wired connection instead of wifi?

    Also, by restart do you mean power cycle or factory reset keep my games and apps?

    Kindly try a wired network connection then perform a factory reset keep my games and apps (if you have performed this already, please skip this step.)

    Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if you will be able to launch your games from your console's library.

    If the issue still persists, perform an Offline System Update. To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Xbox and that you have tried several solutions without success.

    First check to see if there are firmware updates available for your Xbox. Software updates can fix problems and improve the overall performance of your console. Go to the console settings and look for the system update option.

    Try clearing your Xbox cache. To do this, completely turn off the console, disconnect it from the power source, and wait at least 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on. This can help remove temporary files and resolve library loading issues.

    Please note: Make sure you are using the correct account on your Xbox and that your Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass subscription is active and current. Sometimes account or subscription issues can affect loading of the library.
