From what it seems, you want to add an Conditional Access to your account, this feature is only available for paid users such as an organizational account.

I would recommend first removing all the devices linked to your account, to be sure that no one is on your account

ive been getting mobile txt`s.asking me to login in and enter a number.i know all about this as its for security reasons.my problem is its for an email address that is not mine and is in no way connected to my xbox live account.

i do not have an hotmail account what so ever.

this email address in question belongs to my mam and has no association to me what so ever,my mam has never emailed me nor has the need to as we live in same house.

now the only way that ms would know that the email address is coming from the same home address is by logging the ip address.this is a serious breach of privacy.

not only that ,but if my mams account would have been hacked and someone used that email address to set up an xbox live account and lets say used a modded xbox at my ip address then they would probably ban any other xbox that has been on that ip address
also, which means MINE.

i have also had another txt today going on about another email address attached to my mams email address.

why are they sending to my mams email address at all,it has nothing to do with me or my xbox live account.

im not happy and wont some action taken asap,ill be reporting to the applicable authorities about an invasion of privacy.the email in question has no connection to my live account what so ever as ive stated..

No i am not afraid of getting my ip pulled my account got linked to an octosniff account and i dont want to get banned because my auth token was linked to it. The octo sniff kicks people out of parties and pulls ip im not sure if the kicking thing or if
the way it can associate the ip address to the gamer tag is against the code of xbox. I couldnt handle getting console banned i want to do everything to avoid it and this really eurks me that i was not the one to link jt and now im at risk of ban i think i
would like to know if using the octosniff is somethibg to get banned for just like i think people that used T3S got banned but its not in my character to pull ip im not interrested but appearanrly someone on my sccount was and i dont wsnt banned and want to

I got perm banned aswell for someone using my account. the person was across the country from me and I told the enforcement to check and ips but no they simply ignored what I was saying and just explained why I got banned. like I already why I got an email
for it. what I was saying that it wasn't me who msged the person there was someone on my account. ive been trying to get my account back the past week but nothing. banning me for something I didn't do.

I got ban my email is [Mod Removed] my gamertag is Warmaster1690 last year my account got kick offline alot and they hacked my account somehow they bought stuff on it with a stolen credit card i have nothing to do with it i change my information
and one year later i get banned for fraud can someone from the enforcement team help me get my accont fixed and unbanned contact me through email.
