    So many problems. Installation stopping, store not working, restarting error E105, etc.


    First of all, I'm updating fortnite but it always says installation stopped. When I click resume all it says again installation
    stopped. secondly, when i try to search something in the store it brings me automatically to the home page and says ''this might take a minute or two'' and the immediately says ''something went wrong, Please
    give it another try" If this happens let us know by entering 0x80070490 at
    http://xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate. Third of all when I restarted it and it turned on it said to go to
    http://xbox.com/xboxone/startuperror …
    and the error code started

    by E105. Fourth of all I have to re-download forza 7 all over again 96MB!!! Same problem always says installation stopped.

    Hi N7 Spartan051,

    Games not working doesn't get you banned, there must be another reason for being banned/suspended.

    with the games not working, what error code is given? i had a game in the queue for awhile installation stopping etc.. and it managed to install after few hardresets, do the manual option

  3. MGSV:TPP installs to 7% the says installation stopped

    So i just got metal gear solid 5 phantom pain and it only installs to 7% and it says installation stopped no error code or anything ive tried restarting the console hard reseting restartimg the installation but nothings working help me

    Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console? Have you been able to try a full

    power cycle
    of both your Xbox One console and router/modem to see if this can help with what you're experiencing?

    Additionally, if you need to re-install Forza Motorsport 7, you may have accidentally cancelled a critical game update that was applying when you received notification that the installation stopped. Cancelling game updates like that
    can result in having to install the game again.

    Xbox XS Microsoft store something went wrong 9/16/23

    Happening to several others of us as well (similar threads/problems reported).

    When I turned xbox series x on today the store was working fine but the Store update was downloading+installing in the background. As soon as that finished installing I was kicked out of the store and it restarted itself. Since then its just giving the "Oops something went wrong" error message or displaying placeholder icons with question marks on them instead of games or movies.

    None of the fixes (resetting. powering off, wiping and reinstalling profile etc) work.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the advice.

    I have done the POWERCYCLE.

    The screen come on and give me a system error E105 00000000 8007045D. When the console restarts, the screen is blank. I have to manually switch the console off.

    After all of this, I reset the console, set it up again. It ran and update and eventually the installation stopped.

    I'll try and perform an offline system update tonight.

    Unfortunately, I have tried every step you have listed and I am still getting the error.

    The last step stopping services did ask me to install microsoft game again after I restarted which I did. But after opening the Ascent, the same external Xbox live GUI error happened.

    I really don't want to uninstall and install the game for the 4th time because if takes 18GB every time to download.

    Any other things I should try? Or perhaps Microsoft just need to be aware of this so they can patch this problem. Must be some handshake problem between the game/microsoft store.
