    So many missing purchases from my time on Xbox


    I have been an xbox Live Rewards member since 2012 and have only ever made purchases on one Microsoft account. I am missing rewards data for multiple Gold subscriptions and many game purchases, especially in the last year. Thanks.

    The Pinball Arcade unable to connect to marketplace

    bought season 4 add on for xbox one 9-13-15 played yesterday and today I only have 6 of the 10 left...4 gone from hard drive!! Purchase history says "no longer available" can't download again!

    bought 12 for xbox 360 since 9-7-15 and every time I go to game 8 are missing! I can at this time redownload them from purchase history but that is a pain!

    Summary...out of a total 22 bought and 14 missing every time I turn on machine!

    So what is going on? Code written in game to delete itself after so many days? If not HOW do these leave my hard drive and what is the solution?

    So many missing purchases from my time on Xbox

    Support will check on the purchases (keep in mind they have to either be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates), but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits
    for renewing gold.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Xbox origionals wont work on my xbox!

    Did you purchase a hard drive from a non-official retailer? Many times people will order a cheap hard drive off of the internet, but most of the overly cheap ones are knockoffs instead of a licensed Microsoft product. These knockoffs are missing the partition
    of memory required to play the original xbox games.
