I am very sorry that you are going through this situation of ban or suspension on your account, unfortunately this is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who try to help/guide other players with the problems they are having on consoles or games, this means We are not Microsoft employees.

The only ones in charge of handling these types of requests are through the enforcement page. In fact, not even Support can help with account suspensions, if you want to see your case and see if there is the possibility of filing an appeal (Which I don't think since it is a temporary suspension), you can go to the following link:

Never enter the gamertag of the accused. make an official report to Microsoft.

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him/her. In case of more serious accusations like cyberbullying I suggest you to contact your local law enforcement.

Mine started randomly working last night. I turned on my Xbox and Fortnite wasn't working. Played a different game for about an hour then tried Fortnite again and it magically loaded. Idk how it got resolved ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

looking around the enforcement team website it gets more dispirited saying i did something around the lines of harassment. i have never harassed anyone in my life what if there definition of harassment?

because the official meaning is aggressive pressure or intimidation and unless i beat some one in a game over and over (which is random match making so) i haven't harassed anyone.
