Completely untrue.

Any report filed is investigated by a person before any action is taken so if you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

Anyone found abusing the report feature will risks enforcement action themselves & spam reporting is a serious abuse of the system.

Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
No. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging
players to file many complaints. This is completely untrue.

XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based
approach to enforcement and take numerous factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly
results in a suspension.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

I heard it has been cancelled or is going through some tough times at the least. :S Hope not though, it looked too good to be having problems and the fan response was great so if these rumours are true it seems a bit odd.

The GwG is one I am pretty excited to hear about. No just because I want some free stuff, but because I just want to know exactly how it will work and with what material it will work with. As for titles, I am happy with the rumours I have heard so I hope
they turn to be true. Crackdown (biz showed me this properly and it was a lot of fun) is one rumour I have heard.

I would have hoped/thought we would have heard something from Microsoft by now, even to confirm/deny a few things, if all these "rumours" turn out to be just that in the end, in the meantime I don't think it's doing them any favours, definately not judging
by the reactions of ALOT of gamers.

The last I've read/heard is that they will unveil the next Xbox in May, some saying they could even wait untill E3 in June, lets hope so!

I've not heard this and very highly doubt this is true.

Take up of 4k has been slow and many people still have 1080p, so I believe you have heard incorrect information.
