Thanks for the reply, i have already filled too many of these in, but each time it says sorry were unable to verify its the account owner.

I’ve sent pictures to you guys over twitter showing my emails are filled up with requests and denials from the past week and a bit.

I’ve attempted to refund it but as it’s a gift to another account and they already claimed the gift- it won’t allow a refund through normal means. So unless there’s another way to ask for a refund, it seems I’m out of luck. And like I said in my original post, I’ve took all the steps in making my account more secure. Thank you.

I’m not able to use a different WiFi network, so I don’t know if that would work

So far I’ve tried 2 different Microsoft accounts (I made a whole new one because I didn’t know if it was a problem with my original account) and neither let me join

It only tells me what to do like resetting my password which I’ve done a vast amount of times and I’m still unable to login or to fill out a form for verification. I just need to speak to someone individually so I can get this lock off my account. I’ve proved ownership of it.
