So is there anyway to unblock or unsuspend my xbix account after its been hacked?

Let's say the only alternative you have at this moment is to submit the account recovery form (Because some time has passed I think it is not possible to recover it, but you can try anyway), I have also been through this situation, so I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

We understand that you would like to unlock your account after it has been hacked. I would like to inform you at the beginning that Microsoft account recovery is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. For now, please allow me to do the best I can to address this concern.

1. May we confirm if you can access the hacked account?
   
2. Can we ask if the locked account you mentioned was emailed to you or was it an error message? Please provide us a screenshot of the issue.

Account recovery is the very first step to take ownership of the hacked account. If this was successfully recovered, you may proceed to securing the account.

If you failed in the process of account recovery due to lack of access to your security information, unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done by support until you can verify that you are the account owner through the methods we have covered. Maybe it's time to consider creating a new account.

You can promote it when you're 18 AND have access to the account. IF your step-father's WLID has been suspended he'll need to contact WLID support to be unsuspended. Also, when he tried to sign in, there should be an option or some steps to go through to
try to get it unblocked. Otherwise, it doesn't sounds like you'll be able to gain access to yo account, dawg.

It won't let me file a case thing, right after the message the case is already been over so i can't get my self unsuspended.
