    So I'm trying to enter my MAIN account. Having problems


    I don't remember the questions that I made as I was like 7 when I made that account. the minecraft account which I'm trying to get into has been swapped from my father's old gmail to mine. I was young so I lied about the year I was born. I've tried like 5 or 10 times to do the account recovery. The phone number on said account has been changed on my own phone

    I'm with this same problem in my main account. I've already fixed it in my console but when I try to enter in xbox website with my new account adress, appears this message: "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. --- It appears you've found a glitch in
    the system."

    That is really annoying, because i'm constantly checking my account in the website and now i just can't enter any more...

    I really don't know what to do...someone are also having this problem?

    My Xbox One... I don't even know what's going on anymore.

    This sounds like the problem I'm having. I'm the parent and it won't let me sign into my account to give permission to my son (his lego avengers/star wars games are rated over his age). It doesn't give me a prompt to enter a password, just kicks me back
    to the main screen. Same thing when I try to sign into my account from the main screen.

    Hard reboots have not helped.

    Started yesterday, continued today.

    I can't help, sorry. In the same boat.

    same problem here, I'm not going to keep entering the info to "try" and recover my account like a derp, so if anyone can post when the 83A40007 problem is fixed I'll be refreshing this screen. toodles

    I'm getting the same error now!When i try to enter my account and add points this maessage appears.Are there anybody having this problem now?

    Hmmm.. I'll try. And maybe I'm not understanding something....but the old setup prior to XSX, the new main xbox, was the old Main Xbox in main room was set as home and kids had no problem with anything...multiplayer or otherwise. What's changed now that I have an Series X as my new main xbox with gold and kids playing on old Main Xbox that has/had my GT as Main account?

    Hopefully I'm detailing myself enough.
