    Thanks for the response! We don’t have an Xbox only PC. I bought the pass using my Xbox profile because my son couldn’t- it just said you need a parent to buy so that’s the only way we could find to do it.

    So what we want to do is access the game pass on the same pc but with his profile. Is there no way of family sharing on the pc?

    Hello Dylan, sorry to hear you're having trouble with Cloud gaming.

    I do apologize but I'm afraid that the system is hard wired to require a parent account for any child account. I would recommend having your parent re-add you to the family account. From there they can grant you permission to play Cloud gaming

    Same but mine says i don’t have enough on my microsoft balance yet i just redeemed a gift card, i have restarted xbox over and over again and it says my balance is more than enough for what im buying so?? and when i press ask parent nothing comes through?
