Hi! I actually hadn’t tried any other games. I tried to launch another X/S game (Palworld) and that will not launch. Even my non X/S games aren’t loading and close.

I do not have any external hard dives plugged in. Additionally I do not receive error codes

So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.

Hi i started to play palworld with my friend and family. But on the xbox series s the game shuts crashes all the time so multiplayer is almost impossible. So i wanted to put it on the pc so it wasn't to much for the xbox to run, but the game won't even start up. I found i can play it on cloud but not on my family's accounts so pointless so was trying to ask them how to make cloud available for my kids. I just keep getting told to contact the games Devs. But i pay xbox for the games its there job to make sure there games work not mine.

So usually when I play on my series s the fan makes a loudish noise....

The Series S, just like the Series X is designed to be quite, in normal gaming (even when play X|S optimised games) the Series S fan should not be audible. It should be pretty much silent.

Have you changed the location of where your console is located? These consoles get warm (hot even), this is normal. So their location is actually more important than hearing the fan spinning.

So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. Thank you for you assistance.
