    So the Xbox keeps saying to restart then try troubleshooting it but it's not working I think it's bc of the new update but idk it won't stay on bc when we wake up it's all messed up again and wanting us to do the same thing all over again it keeps saying it's a memory problem

    Hello JessieBear_593, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

    Can you please let me know which model Xbox you're using please along with the exact error message and/or code? As for the power issue, please make sure the console is plugged directly to a wall outlet and is secure to the console.

    Please help, Update on comment : Idk what’s happening now, this all happened after the new update with the dashboard, now it is June 20, non of my apps will load, I can only watch Netflix, my Xbox takes at least 20 minutes to start up from the green
    screen, sometimes it won’t even load up, so I will have to take my batteries out and do the controller thingy, my Xbox is so broken idk what’s going on, I’ve tried the USB offline update but I get Error code E101 please someone help me
