I'm not even sure what I did tbh, I think I was mass reported by someone who didn't like me or something. It's kinda annoying cause I can't even play online.

No you can get more than 2 strikes depending on the action.

The man can I get unbanned I didn't deserve the ban and appealing is useless and I got 5 strikes in one go and it said "no details are available at this time" i'm so done with xbox. And now I can't play with my friends please unban me

No one here has the power to unban you. This forum is made up of mostly gamers like you who dont even work for Microsoft.

As stated previously the only ones who handle bans/suspensions is the enforcement team and the only way to reach them is via the case review process. You only get one case review per offense so if they denied it, than thats it. Your only option is to wait it out. No one else here can do anything more.
