Did you purchase the credit in-game through the Microsoft/Xbox store?

If the payment is still showing as pending on Cash App, you will need to wait Cash App to release the payment (or mark it as completed) for it to be processed by the Microsoft/Xbox store.

I'm not sure about Cash App time limits for payment processing, but most payment gateways can take 24-48 hours to process a payment.

Please wait a few hours to see how it goes. Even using credit card on the Microsoft store can take 24 hours for the payment to be processed and released.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, please let me know.

I tried different devices and different network providers. I know I can try to buy gift card from another account but it's not solving my problem (and also my friend's problem).

I'm not sure if I understand question about payment method. I use standard payment methods via credit cards (Santander in that particular case).

2 things:

1st: i have an atm card. can that be used as a payment method in the xbox avatar store? i have a credit union acct., i believe. not sure if it's checking and/or savings, or what. i cash my checks there.

2nd; if i want to buy avatar props would i just buy an xbox gift card for $15.00, $25.00, etc.?

I've got a gift card (not points or rewards), I entered and redeemed the code (using the MS Store on my cpu; Chrome) and tried to redeem them through Chrome as well. The only payment option I see is for my CC "on file." But of course I'm wishing to use
my gift card, not my CC.
