    I submitted a refund for an accidental purchase and no I don't know where my money went I'm honestly kinda upset

    Hi, I have submitted a case review hence why I mentioned that after submitting the review it now says "not approved" on the right of where the permanent suspension information is on the enforcement history. I don't know if that means my permanent suspension is not approved or?

    I submitted multiple refunds and haven’t gotten my money

    It can typically take 3 to 5 business days for money to be refunded after a refund is approved.

    I'm not sure how they'll handle where the funds will go back. You may have to try replying to the email you received approving the refund to reach out to the refund specialists, or contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Hi Silviu_344, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    If you have seen it on your order history for the refund transaction it means that it was already refunded.

    I attempted to refund for one game and two dlcs my 10 yr old son bought online. The game was approved but still have not received the money, but the dlcs were not approved. This is not abuse of the refund system as we do need the money back, and would like to know how I can reappear for the refund please

    How long ago was the refund approved? It can take 3-5 business days (or longer depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before your bank would reflect the refund on their end.
