    Sorry, but once an account is banned you forfeit everything you had on the account. There is no way to access the account again.

    there is a problem with download able content i have content that was purchased with actual currency and i am hoping if i can have accesss to my old account which was banned strictly to download my downloadable content because i payed actual money and would

    Xbox LIVE for the original Xbox was discontinued in 2010. There is no way to get down-loadable content for your Xbox original software now. Sorry.
