so i lost my microsoft account in family center

You should try to locate that email in some way, either through friends or family who remember it or who have received emails from that account. You cannot change the privacy settings and restrictions of a child account without being the organizer of the family group, nor can you recover an account without knowing the email, due to obvious privacy policies.

thanks , but my point is that i dont even have the old email and I couldn't see the email from family app it doesn't allow me to show the emails

Mohnad, I regret to inform you that only the organizer of the family group can make changes to the restrictions of an account for a minor associated with a family group; no one in Customer Service or at Microsoft can do this. In your case, you will need to try to recover the Microsoft account of the Organizer using the only method available to Microsoft in order to then be able to make the changes to the child account you mentioned.

Before Microsoft, there is only one way to recover an account and it is through the Account Recovery Form which you can access via the link https://account.live.com/acsr as indicated in the official link below:

After completing and submitting the form, Microsoft will review the information you shared within 24 to 72 hours. The information will be sent to the contact email address you used.

yet the webpage does NOT show such an option. Please enable the option or correct the instructions page!

I don't know why, but I do not have a family center on my profile.....I'm the primary account holder so now I'm really confused.....
