    1. I left the game running for about 5-10 min

    2. The game was fifa 20

    3. My controller was on the ventilation of the xbox

    4. There was a little bit of dust on the xbox

    5. After it pop i went to check it and the power cable was half plugged into the surge protector

    6. There was a bit of brown smoke

    7. I havent plugged it in yet

    8. It's connected to a surge protector

    Pls help...

    This changes everything and helps a lot, by your description you have the Xbox One Fat, if it was not connected to the original power brick, this can happen because they do not have the same quality as the original one.

    It came from the powerbrick i think but im not sure, my current power brick is not the original one its a knock off version.

    Hello Arif, by your description there may have been some overload on your network.

    Does the smoke come from the console or the protector?

    If the smoke comes out of the surge protector it may have burned, the ideal would be to wait and test your console in another outlet to see if it turns on.

    Same goes for the Netherlands. The game will run, sometimes without a hitch, but as soon as the update pops up the game stops and since the update won't install it kind of breaks the game.

    @Microsoft: please provide a working update or pull the existing update so the game at least runs while you prepare a working update.

    I didn’t put auto run on so it’s not that.
    That is not cheating.

    You can and will learn eventually from using the LS to run. Many games use this button to run, it will take some time to getting use to.

    You can also always switch up the button layout on your controller on the Xbox and in game with features allowing you to change them.
