    so i keep getting disconnected from live... thinking about ps , since xbox has no support ...


    so i keep getiing disconnected from live during game, and or the call of duty black ops server drop. im really thinking about going to playstation since this continues to happen. xbox needs better support.

    I keep on getting disconnected from xbox live.

    After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

    Well obviously we wouldn't want you to leave us, but you got to do what you think is right for you. Not being familiar with PS since I haven't played it since the PS2, I don't know much about them except from what I have heard from others. They don't
    like the PS Network as much as Xbox Live, and from what I remember, you still needed to pay to play on the PS Network unless that has changed in the past few years. The way I look at it is you get what you pay for. If playing on a network that appears to
    not be as secure or if you don't like the freebies that you get with a paid subscription, then we will miss you. Lastly, do they have a support system like we have? Best of luck with whatever decision you make.

    yeah ive called and still no luck

    everyone keeps telling me to wait which makes me think nothing is actually getting done about it since the guy is still using it and I'm getting pretty fed up with Microsoft!

    If this is the type of support they offer i'd be better off going back to PS! Whenever I've had any problems on me ps they have managed to sort it out promptly. Makes you wonder what we pay me for when things like this happen and nothing gets done about

    getting disconnected alot

    Im in the same boat. I get get disconnected then when i go to test my connection it is apparently fine and reconnects. But then after 10 or so minutes bam "You have been disconnected from Xbox Live." And im not doing anything but downloading the BF3 beta
    in the dashboard. Xbox Live has been having problems all day so i think it has something to do with that but there isnt anything saying that thats the case. I hope Xbox LIVE starts working soon.
