In that case, I'd try uninstal;ling Avast if it was me..sometimes disabling it isn't enough. You will still be covered for Anti-Virus etc as Windows has Defender.

Whilst Avast may not be the cause, I have seen plenty of issues with 3rd party anti-virus products...sometimes the real time scanners they run can interfere. It's possible it had an update which has affected things

Have you tried uninstalling and installing the game? Or running it as administrator?

i tested them but none works i dont even have saves in files rn do you know any other solutions cause i dont still want to reset my pc or reinstall it again

Not sure if you have already tried this or not but we need to nail down whether the issue is a Profile issue or a Hardware/PC issue. So, if you haven't already, try creating a second Microsoft/Xbox Account (make sure to use a different email address....if you don't have one you can create a throwaway Gmail one in less than a minute), login with that and then try starting the game. If the game starts, it's a profile issue but no clue how to resolve that unfortunately; if it still won't work, then it may point to a PC issue
