To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

1. May we confirm if you have tried to install this app instead of using the APK - Xbox 360 SmartGlass - Microsoft Store Apps ?
   
2. May we confirm if you are on Windows 10 or 11?
   
3. May we ask if you have any error message or code that you can share with us? Please conceal any personal information.
   
4. When did this issue happen?
   

If you are having issues with Xbox Gaming Services then, please try reinstalling Gaming Services:

• Launch Microsoft Store then search for Xbox app and select Get or Install or Update. After installation of the app close the Microsoft Store.
  
• Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
  
• Type this command, press enter and wait:
  Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
  
• Wait for the process to finish and restart device.

All versions of smartglass were discontinued years ago. The servers that support it were turned off

As the future wasn’t popular when it was new, it is unlikely it will ever be right back

Damn i only have one SmartGlass application for Xbox 360 on Play Store (Android) it was release and last updated 10/06/2013 !

.... I don't know what to do, can someone send me the apk ?

There are many different things it could be so go
support.xbox.com/.../smartglass-apple-install to troubleshoot the issue.
