What have Support told you and what have they made you do so far?

I would suggest turning off and back on the router, and doing the same to the console; to power down the One completely, press the Xbox logo for five second and pull out the power cord after the light has turned orange, then reconnect after a few minutes
or so.

Usually in these cases, if the console still doesn't turn on, it means that the problem is not in the power brick, but in the console.

May be time to purchase a next gen console.

If you have the console power supply connected to a power board with other devices, the console may not be getting the power rating it requires. Plug it directly into a separate wall socket not being used by other devices. ie Don't use double adapters, power boards and extension leads.
