Hi Jesse thank you for replying. No the bt code worked so it now states on my bt account that i now have game pass ultimate until 05/22. I have turned the recurring billing off with bt but when i go into my xbox account it says manage my subscription at bt.com and also says i have no subscriptions with Xbox/Microsoft but i am a few months into an all access deal with an Xbox series x so should have a subscription until 2023 ?. It says on Bt that if you have an existing game pass ultimate subscription it will pause or stack until the bt one runs out and then restart but there is no verification of this on either Bt or Microsoft accounts.

I have both and I use ultimate for both. I looked on the Xbox and Xbox game pass app and it shows no achievements and that I don’t even have a subscription even though I checked that I had one and it says I do on the manage subscriptions page.

If you have an active Xbox games pass ultimate subscription, all the codes/purchases for other subscriptions are converted into ultimate time with a rate calculated on the value. A code for 12 months of gold will give you 4 months of
ultimate so I think that is what happened in your case.

So you have "Ultimate" right below your gamertag on the Xbox app, right?

May I know if you have any other Microsoft account that you could have signed into the Microsoft store or the Xbox app recently?

yes ultimate is directly under my gamer tag and i only have one account on pc 2 on console but ive never used the 2nd account on pc and on the game pass page where it says see all plans it has pc games pass which says join and directly under that is games pass ultimate and says manage

If You Get Game Pass Ultimate It Will Convert Your Xbox Live Gold 1 Year Into Game Pass Ultimate For The Remaining Time Left On Your Year Subscription. So For Example If You Have Xbox Live Gold Paid For A Year And You Upgrade To Game Pass Ultimate It Will Convert It To One Year Game Pass Ultimate Or However Many Months You Have Left Of Your Subscription.

(Make Sure It Says Upgrade To Game Pass Ultimate So It Will Convert Your Gold To Game Pass)
