So I have connected my Microsoft account to my PS4 Minecraft but how do I get it to work?

I have essentially connected it but every time I press it to sign in it has an error every time saying it cannot log in and there is no reason, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and also tried restarting it, I need help with this ASAP
as it is currently affecting my life due to the ongoing crisis. Sorry if I sound dramatic.

Hello, thanks for the reply, the problem is once you get to the sign in after all the set up it says it cannot log in to the account and I've done everything else to set it up properly. Essentially I have done all the set up, I then press sign in and it
has a progress bar and then comes up with the standard cannot connect to Microsoft account.

I am having the same issue. I can't log into my microsoft account In minecraft on ps4 however, I have no issue logging into my account on the xbox website and Microsoft website so what's the problem and how do I fix it?
