It's a 3rd party product, so it's probably best to contact the manufacturer about it, so they can help fix the issue you are having.

In NYC (Manhattan) using TWC RR and I can log on for a few min's when I first start the console up, but anytime I try to play a game online it logs me out and I can't connect back online. So yea it's still not working in NYC, at least for me >_<

Hi, I don’t know if I’m doing this right. Can you explain what you mean when you said Xbox gamertag credentials. Like my password to login into Roblox would be my Microsoft account password as I remember both that and the username to it but, not the password to my Roblox account. I don’t have a pc so, I tried to login into my Roblox account using my phone and input into the username prompt: my Xbox gamertag username and my Microsoft password as my Roblox password and it didn’t work. During this I had not unlink my Roblox account from my Xbox account. Also when you stated to go to link social accounts in the Xbox account settings I didn’t see anything related to Roblox at all. I don’t know what to do. I’m sorry that I may not understand what you’re saying and I appreciate your help in this situation

I have the same problem I reached out to Xbox they confirmed all the setting where correct still saw error 103 then reached out to Roblox completely useless they had no answer except some Roblox experiences don’t work on Xbox

This has worked today for me.

I have RR, and I have the whole connection to live issue. The way I got around it was by bridging my connection through my laptop. I used to do it when I was too far away from the router to run a cable, and I don't have a wireless adapter. Now, I find it
makes an excellent proxy for my xbox when RR is all upity and want to deny access to live.

I know it sounds like it shouldn't work but it does. Which shows the problem is Xbox and RR specific, as otherwise this wouldn't work at all.
