As you've not said what the specific issue with your game/console is it difficult for anyone to give you the assistance you're looking for to help remedy the issue

The console can play games offline unless a game specifically requires a Live connection.

As for the computer issue and not being able to play your game on it... It's your choice to not upgrade to Windows 10. All computer games come with minimum requirements - be them hardware or software requirements. When a user doesn't have system to meet
the game's requirements then the game is not playable, and a user must upgrade their equipment to meet the minimum requirements if they want to play the game.

This has been the case for decades.

Either you don't realize that Windows 8 Pro is a requirement for WMC, or you're just doing some very poor math. I was referring to current retail prices.

Windows 7 => Windows 8 Standard upgrade = $100

Windows 7 => Windows 8 Pro upgrade = $180

Windows 8 Standard => Windows 8 Pro upgrade = $100

So regardless the current price is at least $80-$100 extra for Pro (which is required for WMC), plus the $10 for WMC. That's not a "cheap" upgrade for $100 as you tried to make it out to be. It's $100 for the Windows 8 upgrade, then an additional $90 - $110
in order to be able to run WMC.

My Windows 10 upgrade happened last week: about Oct 8, 2018. Caused my entire computer system to CRASH. Had only a blank screen. Dell got my computer going again. Several questions please:

1. HOW DO I STOP UPGRADES FROM WINDOWS 10. Each upgrade has done great damage to my computers. PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP THEM!

2. My system is now working "better"... AM A PREMIUM MEMBER OF THE MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION. In fact since I got my system back, I think I have paid about 3 times just to get the games to play. TODAY,,, I am now getting the error message 121003...

Because in the new UI you scroll vertically, not horizontally. I love the new Windows 10 UI on Xbox 1. It's far too good to call it a Windows 8 UI. The new UI is way more faster, which proves UI/OS performance is based off 'how they make the software', NOT
solely on your ISP. Windows 7 was a big improvement to Windows Vista. The same could be said of Windows 8 and Windows 10 - Windows 8 was so bad, they had to make a Windows 8.1 lol. How was Windows 7 and Windows 10 an improvement? Because Microsoft 'listened'
to the feedback they got. That's why many people are happy and excited with Windows 10, and how Microsoft promotes the Windows 10 UI. Face it, the new UI is Windows 10 like.

I love it how they youthfully call it "my stuff" rather than "pins". "my stuff" sounds more fun for younger members on Xbox including myself, than 'PINS'.

I agree it's "such an improvement". You'll learn to adapt to it. Hey, I had to Update how rubbish that Windows 8 UI was like when I got Xbox 1 day 1. The UI didn't allow us to change the background. And it was so slow for a console with 8GB RAM and an AMD
Jaguar 8 core APU. Most of my friends and people I've met on Xbox Live found it hard to adapt to a Windows 8 UI on a console. It was inflexible. But when Microsoft released the new UI last week was it, suddenly Xbox 1's getting a lot of positive vibe about
it's new UI.

Not a video card issue. I've got almost the same setup I had when I was running the Windows 10 Free upgrade for Windows 7. Only differences are a new motherboard, CPU, RAM and Windows 10 Pro. I had no issues at all with the free upgrade.
